Leading a team of 5 developers through a major rebrand and CMS migration, requiring seamless integration of advanced GSAP/JavaScript animations and transitions across the site to achieve a polished, modern, and high-performance Enterprise-level finish.

Contribution
Served as Webflow Lead, guiding a large team (5 developers) and defining all code standards. Developed the complete Design System and CMS architecture. Successfully implemented custom, high-impact GSAP/JavaScript animations and transitions, significantly elevating the site's look and feel.
Situation
Outliant, a Webflow Enterprise Partner (now acquired by Ignite Visibility), needed a website rebrand to achieve a cleaner look and feel with smoother interactions. The project involved integrating a large existing CMS, adding job listings, and enhancing the site with animations and transitions.
Task
As Webflow Lead, I was responsible for leading a team of 5 developers, implementing the rebranding, integrating CMS content, and adding GSAP/JavaScript animations and transitions to improve the user experience.

Action
- Led the team of 5 Webflow developers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to the new branding.
- Implemented a cleaner layout with GSAP and JavaScript-based animations and transitions for navigation, sections, and interactive elements.
- Integrated the existing CMS content and implemented the job listings integration, ensuring functionality and consistency.
- Coordinated closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on design, content, animations, and functionality.

Result
The website’s Look & Feel improved significantly, with smoother animations and a polished, modern appearance. CMS content and job listings were fully functional, and the client was highly satisfied with the final outcome.
