Leading a development team through a high-stakes migration and rebrand, requiring the definition of a new Webflow Style Guide. Core difficulty involved the successful integration of FullCalendar.io and using AI to convert legacy PDF content into structured CMS items.

Served as Webflow Lead, guiding a team of 5 developers throughout the project lifecycle. Established the definitive Webflow Style Guide/Design System, successfully integrated the FullCalendar.io library, and managed the AI-assisted migration of complex PDF-based content.
Situation
We were migrating a WordPress site to Webflow while applying a completely new branding. The site included a large events calendar and content that was mostly stored in PDFs.
Task
I was responsible for leading the Webflow development team, defining the new Style Guide, and ensuring the successful migration and implementation of the new branding across the site.
Action
I created the comprehensive design Style Guide in Webflow and led a team of four Webflow developers. For the events calendar, I researched and implemented FullCalendar.io, integrating it successfully into the site. For PDF-based content, we used AI tools to convert it into Webflow-friendly format, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Result
Migration and rebranding were successful. The new design was implemented across all pages, the events calendar functioned correctly, and most content was migrated seamlessly, with AI-assisted conversion solving tricky PDF content issues.
