https://www.orangetheory.comHigh-stakes Migration to Webflow under a tight deadline. This enterprise-level build included managing over thousands of CMS items, integrating complex booking processes via React, and achieving pixel-perfect UI replication.

Challenge
Executing a complete migration for a major fitness franchise within a 3-month sprint. The core challenge was maintaining pixel-perfect design fidelity while managing an immense item CMS and complex location data at scale.

Contribution
Key role in defining the project's code standards (naming conventions, GitHub governance) and ensuring pixel-perfect UI replication. Successfully implemented the item CMS and delivered significant performance gains and reliability for the React-integrated booking system.
Situation
We were tasked with migrating a complex WordPress site to Webflow, which included over 400 articles and a fully-fledged design system. We were tasked with migrating an Adobe-based site to Webflow in just three months. This was an enterprise-level Webflow project with a CMS containing over hundreds of items and a complex booking process integrated with React.
Task
Our goal was to replicate the existing pixel-perfect UI in Webflow, ensure full CMS functionality, integrate the booking system with React, and optimize the site's performance.

Action
We followed a strict Scrum methodology to manage development efficiently. I helped define a new naming system for the project and oversaw JS code via GitHub. I worked closely with the team to ensure the UI matched the original site, implemented the CMS at scale, and focused heavily on performance optimization throughout the build.

Result
Migration was completed successfully within the tight deadline. The site maintained pixel-perfect accuracy, the CMS functioned reliably with 30,000+ items, the booking integration with React worked seamlessly, and overall site performance improved significantly. The client was very satisfied, especially because the migration saved them a substantial amount of money compared to a full rebuild in Adobe.
