Executing a complex Webflow migration concurrently with a major rebranding effort. The core difficulty was maintaining absolute brand consistency across an extensive CMS while leading the development team and troubleshooting the content transfer process.

Served as Webflow Lead, directing two developers and defining all technical standards. Architected the complete CMS scope, created all primary navigation components, and established a comprehensive Webflow Style Guide to ensure pixel-perfect consistency post-migration
Situation
Blend 360 needed to migrate their existing Webflow site to a new Webflow instance while implementing a significant branding update. The site included a large CMS with extensive content, and maintaining consistency during the migration was critical.
Task
As Webflow Lead, I was responsible for leading the project, coordinating two other developers, defining the CMS scope, creating main navigation components, and implementing a comprehensive Style Guide to ensure brand consistency across the site.

Action
- Scoped the CMS structure to accommodate the existing content efficiently.
- Developed the main navigation components to match the new branding and ensure usability.- Created a Webflow Style Guide for typography, components, colors, and spacing to enforce consistency across pages.
- Coordinated with the team of two developers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to the new design system.
- Oversaw the migration process, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth content transfer.

Result
The migration and rebranding were completed successfully. The site maintained brand consistency, the CMS functioned correctly, and all pages were fully operational. The client was very satisfied with the outcome and subsequently renewed the contract for further work.
