Contribution
Landed the Webflow Lead role for the project. I architected and fully developed the site's complete Design System, defined the complex CMS structure, and delivered significant performance optimizations.
Situation
We were tasked with migrating a complex WordPress site to Webflow, which included over 400 articles and a fully-fledged design system.
Task
Our goal was to successfully migrate all content to Webflow while maintaining the design consistency and setting up a robust CMS structure.
Action
I defined the design system through a comprehensive Style Guide in Webflow, scoped the CMS architecture, and used AI tools to export and insert most of the blog content into the new site.
Result
The migration was successful overall. Most blogs were transferred automatically, although a few had to be recreated manually.
